Stop Craving Sweets

I went to Clarice due to my poor eating habits – specifically a sugar addiction and overall lack of healthy food in my diet. I had been to a hypnotherapist years before to change my eating habits, but it had been unsuccessful. My sugar addiction had become so strong and I was desperate to find a way to break it. So despite my prior negative experience, I decided to try Clarice. I went to one session, and with her help, I was able to give up sweets – cakes, pies, candy, cookies – I could go on and on with the sweets I previously ate. I simply stopped craving sweets.
I continued for a few more sessions to add healthy food to my lifestyle. My first session was over 4 months ago, and I am not only feeling much healthier, but I also lost 20 pounds without dieting. I have simply stopped craving sweets and therefore stopped eating them. And I’m eating food that I wouldn’t have considered eating before and have discovered that certain vegetables are delicious!
